After being the first - in March 2021 - to obtain the ZDHC (The Roadmap to Zero Programme) Level 3 certification, FGL International renews this important milestone for the third consecutive year, the highest on the Gateway platform.
An absolute record, which has distinguished the company in the tanning chemical sector, but which was only a starting point in a path that sees the Lapi Group's industrial reality at the forefront of efforts to maintain the quality and eco-sustainable standards of its products required by the programme.

FGL International's commitment went beyond expectations and involved the entire production system.
In updating the certification, the audit carried out by the certifying body ICEC was also extended this year to the finishing chemicals of the Finikem line.
The list of products has therefore been considerably increased: a further growth that today brings FGL International to count on the ZDHC Gateway portal, 211 specific products for both the wet tanning and finishing phases.
A truly exciting result that goes to confirm FGL International's strategy of integrated and organic development: an operation initiated after the merger with Finikem's activities, which is proceeding in the right direction. Now, as a single reality with dual specificity, the company is coherently and far-sightedly carrying forward the finishing and wet end divisions, offering its customers added value on the products it proposes on the market: two lines completely dedicated to the tanning world that accompany the entire leather processing cycle.
