Through this tool you can easily and safely report to us news of actual or suspected misconduct (so-called "violation", consisting of acts or omissions) - as long as it is provided for in the LAPI Group Whistleblowing Procedure - that violates the law and may adversely affect any of the companies adhering to the procedure itself and/or third parties related to it (e.g., candidates, employees and collaborators, suppliers, partners, members, directors, other Group companies).
On the other hand, you may not use this system if you are one of our customers (e.g., to complain about flaws or defects in our products or services): in that case you must use a different complaint channel as provided in our other separate guidance.
FGL INTERNATIONAL S.P.A. has adopted the following channels through which you can file a complaint:
- Portal/Software, which can be reached at: https://lapigroupwhistleblowing.integrityline.com (NB: this link/URL is not clickable from here; you must therefore manually transcribe the URL into your browser, this way you can be sure that no one will be able to locate the IP address of the device from which you are connecting; we also recommend that you connect from a device that is not connected within our company domain)
- Voice recording (on a registered voicemail/voicemail box) possible in the Portal/Software
- Direct personal meeting with one or more Reporting Managers, also via remote videoconference session possible. You can request the meeting via the methods indicated in the Portal/Software.
