Metal-Free Anionic Liquid Dyes

FMT Series identifies a range of anionic dyes dissolved in a blend of non-flammable solvents, specifically formulated with non-metal complex dyes and containing extremely low metal residues (impurities). This composition makes them suitable for the production of metal-free leather articles, aligning with modern environmental and sustainability standards.

Key Characteristics:

1. Non-Flammable:   
- Dissolved in non-flammable, low-toxicity organic solvents.
- Non-ADR classification ensures safe handling and transport
- Minimal environmental impact, compliant with updated eco-toxicological regulations.

2. Versatility in Applications:
- Suitable for spray dyeing in base coats when combined with penetrants, polar solvents, or water to enhance color depth and brightness on materials such as nubuck.
- Effective in conjunction with protein or resin finishes to create aniline tones or two-tone effects on embossed leather.
- Applicable in water-based systems, acrylic and polyurethane resin formulations, and for correcting tones in nubuck leather.
